Returns & Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to the nature of personal‑care items (such as body care, oils, soaps, and wellness products), opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

• Clearance and final‑sale items are non‑returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
